Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Use License

ASO Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Service
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ASO Pro or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASO Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
